Casting Form: Non Union Actors for Clinical Video Shoot

CASTING SPECS: 3 total talent

Black Male or female: age 60+ cardiac patient, patient would be of a heavier build/stocky.

Black Male or female: age 30 - 50 Home Research Nurse/ dressed in scrubs

Male or female, of Asian decent preferred : age 40 - 50 “principle investigator” role. At desk with professional dress and stethoscope.

Cardiac Patient: you are walking into a doctors office, sit down and are waiting to be seen. You walk to the patient room, staff is taking your vitals and asking you questions - you respond. You are at home, taking a video call from your doctor on your cell phone. Improv your virtual conversation with dialogue. Last scene, you are getting ready to exercise - show some stretching and movement.

Home Research Nurse: You are greeting a patient and taking their vitals. Documenting things on a clipboard, Improv a conversation with your patient.

Principle Investigator: You are in a lab coat, sitting at your desk reviewing data, and then getting on a video conference. Improv your virtual convos with dialogue.
